We conduct Healthy Homes assessments at no cost to the property owner and coordinate any necessary upgrades using our network of reliable contractors. In addition, we offer tenancy advice to both landlords and tenants to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on the latest tenancy laws.

healthy homes assessment

WCHT provides Healthy Homes assessments to property owners at no cost. These assessments ensure that all rental properties meet the government's minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping. If any upgrades or repairs are required to bring the property up to standard, WCHT works closely with property owners to coordinate and manage the necessary work using their network of reliable contractors.

WCHT's goal is to make the process as hassle-free as possible for property owners.
